  • Hemp hearts contain gamma-linolenic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid that plays a role in fighting inflammation.
  • In fact, hemp hearts contain nature’s ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 essential fatty acids (3:1).
  • They’re also a of source of minerals such as phosphorus, niacin, thiamine, manganese, copper, magnesium, iron, and zinc.
