EACH TABLET CONTAINS: Calcium (dicalcium phosphate dihydrate/calcium carbonate/ microcrystalline hydroxyapatite from bovine bone) .................................. 250 mg Magnesium (magnesium oxide) ............... 125 mg Phosphorus (dicalcium phosphate dihydrate/ microcrystalline hydroxyapatite from bovine bone) .................................. 100 mg Molybdenum (molybdenum Krebs††)........... 25 mcg Vanadium (vanadium Krebs††)............................... 20 mcg Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) ............... 1.9 mcg (75 IU/ UI)

Recommended Adult Dose: Take 1 tablet 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
