About Pranarom Bay Laurel Essential Oil 5ml
The Pranarom Bay Laurel Essential Oil is formulated with bay laurel essential oil that is used for aromatherapy that helps relieve joint and muscle pain.
In ancient times, bay laurel leaves were used to adorn Olympic champions' crowns which was a symbol of victory. In the present day, fresh bay leaves are distilled through a steaming process to manufacture essential oil while some use it also for cooking.
Bay laurel comes in an earthy scent with a spicy hint to it and is commonly used in the production of colognes, body care, soaps, and other herbal remedies. It is known that it supports a healthy immune system, for muscles and joints as well as emotional balance in times of stress.
Recommended Use: Adults above 18 years old can use this for 4 different applications: topical local application, body massage, and direct inhalation.
For topical local application, you can add 1 to 2 drops to 5ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and can be applied to the affected area thrice a day. Note: always use diluted.
For body massage, you can add 2 to 4 drops to 10 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and can be applied once a day.
For direct inhalation, you can add 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to three times a day.
For use in an essential oil diffuser, you can 1 to 6 drops undiluted or diluted into an ultrasonic or atmospheric diffuser.
Preferably for occasional use only and should not be used orally.
Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
Cautions & Warnings: For occasional & external use only. In case of accidental ingestion and if symptoms persist, consult a health care practitioner right away. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have epilepsy, asthma or if you are taking anticoagulant medications. Do not expose the applied areas to the sun for 24 or 48 hours.
