AOR Vitamin B complex is a combination of the entire vitamin B family in their most active forms. Vitamin B is typically a water-soluble vitamin family and includes vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12. the water-solubility of the vitamin B family means that the body typically does not absorb them, and as such, they need to be in their coenzyme forms in order to be absorbed properly. Aor advanced b complex contains all of the Vitamin-B family in the correct ratios for the body to absorb them properly, setting it apart from the generic Vitamin-B brands.
Suggested dose: Take one(1) capsule with food one to three times daily as directed by your healthcare professional. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant/breastfeeding before use.
