Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Aqueous extract of vegetables and plants (carrot, spinach, fennel), concentrated fruit juices (pear, grape, berry, cherry, orange, beetroot, lemon, apple extract),, carob extract, Rosehip containing 4% vitamin C, iron wheat germ extract, vitamin C, natural aroma, vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12, maltodextrin.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 20 ml per day, preferably 20-30 minutes before meals and without concomitant intake of calcium-rich foods. For better utilization of the nutrients, it is recommended to divide the daily amount into 2 doses before meals (eg 2 times a day of 10 ml).
