About Pranarom Spike Lavender Essential Oil - 10ml
The Pranarom Spike Lavender Essential Oil is formulated using lavandula latifolia spica plant that is an aerial plant found in the scrublands of Southern Europe. It grows in limy soils and very sensitive to cold. It features light violet flowers that produce an essential oil that helps soothe and heal severe burns as well as wasp stings.
The Spike Lavender Essential Oil is used in aromatherapy for calming purposes and it also helps relieve joint and muscle pain that is linked to sprain, strain, and rheumatoid arthritis. It can also help relieve headaches, colds, and coughs as well as symptoms of digestive discomfort.
Recommended Use: Adults above 18 years old can use this for 3 different applications.
For local application, you can add 1 to 8 drops to 5ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and then apply it to the affected area up to 3 times a day.
For body massage, you can add 2 to 10 drops to 10ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and then apply once a day.
For direct inhalation, you can apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day.
Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
Cautions & Warnings: For occasional & external use only. In case of accidental ingestion and if symptoms persist, consult a health care practitioner right away. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have epilepsy, asthma or if you are taking anticoagulant medications. Do not expose the applied areas to the sun for 24 or 48 hours.
