My naturopath recommended desiccated beef liver for my particular combination of low iron + low copper needs, and I've felt amazing since starting to take it. So much more energy and motivation. These capsules have a very faint peppermint taste, which I find much more pleasant than some other brands that I've heard described; and are easy to swallow. Ordering from Nature's Source was very easy; and they were very nice in reaching out to me with to inform me about a delay (which didn't end up being very long at all).
