Natural Factors Hi Potency B Complex is an excellent formulation that contains many of the B vitamins that we may not get enough of as it also contains folic acid.

I can feel the difference when taking this supplement (50 mg) as I suffer from bouts of 'anemia' (auto-immune), and it's Hi Potency as the name implies.

I call this my "magic pill" for it helps me to ward off the anemic feeling. There's a huge difference when I don't take this as I've experimented on and off. That's how I know it works.

A good multivitamin multimineral formulation is also important but for those who need the extra, especially the B vitamins, this product in my opinion does the job it's intended to do.

Some people prefer the 100 mg version.
