Place powder in a glass; add 1/2 cup of hot water. Let it fizz then stir until dissolved. Add warm or cold water or juice if desired.

Suggested Use: Adults; Individual needs will vary. Start with 1 tsp or less daily. When bowels are comfortably loose, this is the optimal amount.
