Healthology Go-Lax Bowel Formula is formulated to help gently and effectively support to keep bowels moving regularly. We are expected to fully release the bowel every day to eliminate toxins and waste products.
Constipation is caused by dehydration, inflammation in the gut, unhealthy gut flora, stress, a low-fiber diet, and slow metabolism. When stool sits inside the body for a long period of time, it can cause autointoxication. This autointoxication paired with constipation will lead to symptoms of fatigue, hormonal issues, brain fog, low mood, acne, pain, and bloating.

For adults only. Take 1 single dose (1-2 capsules) with water at bedtime, two to three times a week. Please allow at least 6 to 12 hours of laxative effect to occur.
