Adults and Children (12 years and over) can dissolve 2 to 3 tablets under the tongue during bedtime and every 4 hours during the night.

Children (6 years to under 12 years) can dissolve 1 to 2 tablets under the tongue at bedtime and every 4 hours during the night.

Caution & Warning: Keep out of the reach of children. consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breast-feeding. Does not treat Restless Legs Syndrome.
