Orders

Log into your Nature’s Source account, and click ‘Order History’. Here you will find the status of your orders. A tracking number will be provided for orders through registered postage. This is done after the shipping label is generated from the Canada Post website. To track your package, click here: Track Canada Post

Most coupons have a criteria or conditions required to be applicable like validity, bundle purchase or specific category. For more information please see the terms provided in your email or coupon ticket. Most coupon codes given are only valid on products that are not already on sale or discounted.

Note: All coupons issued are invalid for purchase on already discounted items in "Deals", "Featured" and "Monthly Special" sections of the site.

Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Nature's Source Inc. within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise

Payment

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Yes, we encourage you to save your card info for a faster checkout experience in the future.

All the payment and credit/debit card info is NOT stored by our website/server. They are secured with a PCI-compliant Secure Platform by PayPal which is an eBay company.

Paypal is the simplest way to do online payments. After you select ‘checkout with Paypal’, you will be redirected to the Paypal site. For quick and hassle-free payment processing, be sure to fill in correct details. After a successful Paypal payment, we will automatically be notified about your paid order.

Yes! Many people think that a Paypal account is required to make payments through Paypal, but that isn’t true. However, even though you do not need an account we encourage you create a Paypal account to enjoy fast, secure online payments.

When you use Paypal, we can process and ship your orders to you quicker. All you need is a debit or credit card that is supported by Paypal. Then just look for "Pay by Debit or Credit card" on the bottom of the page.

No, you have not paid us twice. We use a secure billing process where we only "Authorize" with your bank for the amount you need to pay. We then, only collect the amount after we fulfill i.e. when your order is packed and ready to ship. So you will see two different transactions mostly of the same amount or less than the authorised amount only if we dont have/ship the product to you. So we collect only for what we sell. Example: If an order total is $50 for 4 items, and if we ship partially for any reason. We only collect amount of $40 for 3 items, the remaining $10 is in your bank.

In case if your order is cancelled, then the authorised amount stays within your bank. No refund is needed.

Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options for the fastest delivery like Express and Priority are displayed according to availability at checkout. We encourage you to use the best of the options provided for the earliest delivery.

Orders shipped in Canada will take between 2-5 business days. U.S. orders will arrive between 7-14 business days.

Canadian shipments are subject to weight and location. Multiple options for Express and Priority are displayed according to availability at checkout. We encourage you to use the best of the options provided for the earliest delivery.

Free Shipping:Only offered in Canada. Orders are shipped Free of charge if the value before tax is more than $50. Orders under $50 CDN are charged a best discounted rate from canada post.

All U.S. orders are charged a best discounted rate from Canada Post/USPS. Exceptions may be made for orders that are for an above-average weight.

Nature's Source Inc. will charge an additional $10 CDN fee for shipments that are either rerouted after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to a customer's error.

Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect postal code or other addressing error (e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number), you will be charged the additional $10 CDN fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

Note: If in any case Canada Post is not able to ascertain or validate the given address we shall charge a nominal rate of $15.70 CAD and ship through Regular Post.

We ship across Canada and the U.S.

We have recently open shipping to all the countries listed in our checkout

Nature's Source has the right to reject your order if in any case we are unable to ship a certain product or quantity due to any border restrictions or customs limitations for that country. Note: All customs fee if any are to be paid by the reciever, who will be contacted by their recieving customs office.

No. Orders of $50 or more (before tax) are only eligible for free regular shipping.

Cancellations / Returns

After you log into your Nature’s Source account, select your Shopping Cart. Here you can cancel your order (‘clear shopping cart’).

You can exchange unopened items or get a refund in-store for products purchased online up to 30 days after you receive your order.

If you would like to return an item, please ship it to Nature's Source Inc. at 40 Ronson Drive, Unit 2 Etobicoke M9W1B3, Canada.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or if we have determined that the product is defective.

Promotional items (Offer inclusive Coupons, T-shirts, shaker cups, etc.) must also be returned, if received with the original purchase. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not also returned.

On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to exchange or return it. Please contact us so we can exchange or return it for the correct item. at customercare@natures-source.com

Account

Log into your Nature’s Source account at any time, select ‘address book’ and edit the default addresses from there.

You also have the option to edit or add a new shipping address when placing an order. The last shipping address you use will automatically be saved into to your Nature's Source account.
