Medical Ingredients per 10ml: 10 mg Elemental Iron (Ferrous Gluconate), 2.5 mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride), 4.0 mg Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium), 2.0 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), 7.5 mg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Non-Medical Ingredients: Aqueous extracts rosehips, chamomile, fennel, spinach; juice concentrates of black grape, pear, black currant, cherry, blackberry and carrot; rosehip extract, purified water and ascorbic acid (antioxidant).

Cautions: Store an unopened bottle in a cool, dry place. Once opened, tightly secure bottle cap and store in the fridge standing upright. Consume within 4 weeks after opening. Do not use if you are allergic to Anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/ carrot family. Rise mouth with water, or brush teeth right after taking the liquid iron, as it may stain teeth. Do not use if seal has been broken.
Recommended Use: Promotes joint health and mobility. Helps to prevent iron deficiency (anemia) and to maintain good health. Supports tissue formation and normal growth.
Quantity: 500 ml bottle
Dosages: Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Shake bottle gently before each use. A measuring cup is provided.
Adults and adolescents (age 15+): take 10 ml twice daily before meals.
Children (age 10-14): take 10 ml once daily before a meal.
Children (age 5-9): take 5 ml once daily before meals.
Children (age 2-4): Take 4 ml once daily before a meal.
