Use Prairie Naturals Keto Enzyme before or after a high caloric and high-fat meals to decrease bloating. Bile salts act as an emulsifier for all types of fats. The fats are more easily broken down by lipase enzymes. Keto Enzyme provides 2 sources of lipase enzymes. The recommended dose for adults: Take 2 capsules once or twice daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take before or after consumption. Take with 250 mL of water and maintain fluid intake. Take a few hours before or after taking medications.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Gelatin (encapsulating agent), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose.
