This formulation contains enzymes that help with the breakdown of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, and is useful for patients with suboptimal digestive enzyme production. Digestive Enzymes SAP may also be helpful for patients with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency or food intolerances, and after gallbladder removal.
