So effective I’ve been using it for years

This is by far the best super efa oil, I’ve been using this for years. Easy to take (doesn’t taste awful) and helps my overall health including chronic inflammation. Will likely be using this for my lifetime.

Super EFA Liquid provides 1410 mg of EPA and DHA per teaspoon serving, and has an EPA:DHA ratio of 1.3:1, which is ideal for helping to reduce serum triglyceride levels. In a placebo-controlled clinical trial of 312 healthy adults, daily supplementation with 1800 mg of EPA and DHA (in a 1.5:1 ratio) for 1 year reduced serum triglyceride levels by 16.5%.2
