Ingredients: 0.2% of LLR-G5 Organic Silicium, USP Water, for 30 mg per dose

Directions: Use 1 teaspoon (5 ML) 3 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take 5 to 10 minutes before each meal. The evening dose can be taken just before bedtime. Keep in the mouth at least one minute before swallowing. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
