Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Citric acid, xylitol, silicon dioxide, stevia, dextrose, natural berry (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry) flavours, organic beet root powder.
Recommended Doses
(Adult): Mix one scoop (7g) in 250 - 500mL of liquid (water, juice, etc.). Take one serving daily 30 minutes prior to workout or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Store in an airtight container, protected from light, in a cool, dry place.

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. If you su er from a cardiovascular disease, consult your health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner if your cardiovascular condition worsens. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome) or if you are following a low protein diet or are taking lithium, medication for cardiovascular diseases, erectile dysfunction, and/or blood thinners or su er from a cardiovascular disease and are attempting an increase in physical activity. May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Do not use if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction or have cardiovascular (heart) disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, prostate disorders, liver or kidney disorders, edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics or any prescription medication or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea).Ca eine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Do not consume if you are taking decongestant-containing cold preparations (i.e. phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine), products containing natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure. Consumption with ca eine-containing products (e.g. medications, co ee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended as it may increase the risk of adverse e ects. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or di culty breathing. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
