Bach Flower remedies were developed by Dr. Edward Bach 80 years ago in his attempt to treat his patients’ emotional ailments. Dr. Bach found that certain flower essences lead to self-healing, removing any negative emotions or energy.
Bach flower remedies Elm is a solution to the temporary loss of confidence due to an overwhelming amount of responsibility. The Bach flower Elm state leaves patients having moments of doubt after starting a new challenge, leaving them unable to cope with the pressure, resulting in a “breakdown”. This is usually the body’s way of saying it desperately needs a break. The Elm bach flower remedy helps the patient get back on their feet by giving strength in times of weakness. Bach flower elm helps convey the message that if help is needed, it will come at the right time and in the right way.
For short term problems, squeeze 2 drops of selected remedy into a glass of water, and sip as often as required until relief is felt. For chronic problems, create a personalized mixture of bach flower remedies in a 30ml bottle, and squeeze 4 drops into a glass of still water, taken 4 times daily.
Patients can also take the remedy direct to the tongue, without diluting them. Simply squeeze 2 drops directly on the tongue. However, this is the most expensive way and tastes strongly like brandy, thus it is not strongly recommended.
