Two Bears' sources organic specialty grade coffee, which is from the top 3% of coffee the world has to offer. The beans are meticulously roasted, ground and steeped in cold water for 16 hours, triple filtered and then canned.
Cold brew tastes better, not bitter. The process uses roasted and ground coffee, steeped in cold water for 12-24 hrs. The end result is a smoother, subtly sweet and balanced cold coffee. The bitter taste from a hot coffee cooled down, isn't there. Imagine coffee was a tea, that's how we describe it.
