About Pranarom Sweet Orange Essential Oil - 10ml
The Pranarom Sweet Orange Essential Oil is sourced from the fruit of the Citrus sinensis tree or commonly known as sweet orange that is indigenous to the Mediterranean bassin and tropical regions.
The Sweet Orange essential oil is used in aromatherapy that offers sedative properties that help relieve symptoms linked to mild anxiety, nervousness, and insomnia. This oil is also beneficial for digestive discomfort.
Recommended Use: Adults above 18 years old can use this for 3 different applications.
For direct inhalation, you can apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day.
For bath, you can add 2 to 8 drops of undiluted essential oil with the same amount of shampoo or liquid soap before adding it to the bath. For ultimate benefit, stay in the bath for 10 minutes. For first-time use, you can add 2 drops of undiluted oil and then increase by 1 drop per bath up to a maximum of 8 drops.
For use in an essential oil diffuser, you can add 1 to 6 drops of undiluted oil into an ultrasonic or atmospheric diffuser.
Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
Cautions & Warnings: For occasional & external use only. In case of accidental ingestion and if symptoms persist, consult a health care practitioner right away. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have epilepsy, asthma or if you are taking anticoagulant medications. Do not expose the applied areas to the sun for 24 or 48 hours.
