About Pranarom True Organic Lavender Essential Oil - 10ml
The Pranarom True Organic Lavender Essential Oil is known to be the forerunner when it comes to modern aromatherapy due to its excellent tolerance and its refreshing scent.
It is 100% pure and natural chemotyped essential oil that is used in aromatherapy due to its calming properties. It can also help relieve headaches and symptoms of digestive comfort. On top of that, it can also help relieve colds and coughs as well as joints and muscles.
Recommended Use: Adults above 18 years old can use this for 4 different applications.
For topical local application, you can add 1 to 5 drops to 5ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and then apply to the affected areas up to 3 times per day. Only use the blend diluted and do not apply in ears or nostrils.
For body massage, you can add 5 to 30 drops to 10ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply once a day.
For direct inhalation, you can apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day.
For use in an essential oil diffuser, you can 1 to 6 drops of undiluted oil into an ultrasonic or atmospheric diffuser.
Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
Cautions & Warnings: For occasional & external use only. In case of accidental ingestion and if symptoms persist, consult a health care practitioner right away. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have epilepsy, asthma or if you are taking anticoagulant medications. Do not expose the applied areas to the sun for 24 or 48 hours.
