Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011: 1.6 billion CFU; Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp bulgaricus, 50% of the Yogurt culture R0094: 0.2 billion CFU; Streptococcus salivarius subsp thermophilus, 50% of the Yogurt culture R0094: 0.2 billion CFU.
Non-Medical Ingredients:gelatin, lactose, magnesium stearate, skim milk powder, sucrose, vitamin C.

Cautions and warnings:

Consult a doctor if infection or symptoms persist beyond the full course of treatment. Stop using and consult a doctor if you experience any of the following symptoms: nausea/vomiting, bloating, diarrhea/constipation, fluid retention, itching, skin rashes or other unexplained reactions.
Do not use if you have a soy allergy.
Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, severe abdominal pain, or if you have an immune-compromised condition (such as AIDS, lymphoma, or are undergoing corticosteroid treatment).

Recommended usage:

Female adults should take 1 capsule once a day before bed for 10 consecutive days or as directed by your doctor.
To use: place one capsule into the applicator and insert high into the vagina while in a reclining position, and push plunger down its whole length to release capsule.
