Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction.

Information for US customers

All prices are in Canadian Dollar. Your credit card company will automatically convert the prices to USD upon purchase.

Shipping

All orders are sent through Canada Post. Subject to weight and location, orders typically charged a nominal rate of $6.00 CDN. Please allow 2-5 business days for packages to arrive anywhere in Canada. Allow 7-14 business days for U.S. orders

Nature's Source Inc. will charge an additional $6.00 CDN fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect postal code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the additional $6.00 CDN fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund or credit. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

Refunds

Products can be returned for a refund or exchange ONLY if accompanied by a receipt within 30 days (1 month) of purchase. Homeopathic remedies and prescriptions are NOT refundable or exchangeable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returning Products Purchased Online
We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund in-store on your purchase up to 30 days after you receive your order. If you would like to return an item please ship it to Nature's Source Inc. at 5029 Hurontario Street unit 2, Mississauga, ON, L4Z 3X7, Canada. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, etc.) must also be returned, if received with the original purchase. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not also returned. On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to exchange or return it. Please contact us so we can exchange or return it for the correct item.

Backorders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will attempt to mark the product "out of stock" on our website. In the event that one of your items is out of stock, we will not delay the rest of your order. Your order will be shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock. We never substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product.

Damages and Shortages

Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Nature's Source Inc. within 24 hours of receipt. Nature's Source Inc. will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. Nature's Source Inc. will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box.
